We only find you the employer, you work directly under the employer and your contract will be with the employer directly.

The Process
We will get you to send the following documents to international@onsitehealthcare.co.uk
- CV
- Contact details
- Copy of passport
- IELTS/OET results
- Nursing certificates.
- NMC registration details and NMC application status.
If you have not done your NMC process, please details below.
The NMC requires all applicants to meet certain requirements before applying to join the nursing register in the UK. For the full list of requirements, please read. https://www.nmc.org.uk/registration/joining-the-register/register-nurse-midwife/trained-outside-the-eueea/
Once your documents are checked by admin one of the team will schedule with you to get to know what you are looking for and to assess you on a couple of questions to see how you answer them, so if you need any improvement before we put you to an interview.
Then if the candidate is right then the cv will be put forward to the right employer, so interviews normally take 2 weeks but as of Uk being on lockdown it has been a bit slow.
Once you have an interview slot if you need practice interview, we will help you.


If the candidate is successful then they will receive an offer letter normally the day after, once they are happy with the offer letter then the contract will be issued this is normally done in a week.
The contract will include your wages, re locations package, benefits, hours of work and all the employment laws.
Onsite team can guide you through the contract if you want, and any help you need we are here to help.
Once the contract has been signed, our immigration team will contact you to do all the immigration paperwork for you.
First, they will do your COS certificate of sponsorship.
Regarding the COS this can depends on both parties involved as the candidate needs to give all the documents to our immigration team and have to get their TB done which can take a week or so but down to the candidate of how fast they get this done.
Once all these documents and TB certificate are passed to our immigration team that will submit the COS form straight away it normally takes 48 hours.
Once the COS is issued then our immigration team will book a date for the embassy for the candidate to do there biometric again this can be a week or two, once they have gone to the embassy to do their fingerprints and present their original documents.
Then embassy has ten working days to check the documents and to invite the candidate back and issue their visa, once the visa is issued the candidate has 30 days to fly.
We will book your tickets once you arrive our collections team will come and pick you up from the airport, they will take you to your destination? Our team will show you around the area and all the local amenities.
Also, we have relocations team can help you find accommodation if you wish and negotiate the cheapest deals for you on your behalf.
Onsite’s immigration team can also advise and help if you have any dependents to bring and can do all their process for them and a discounted rate and we do not mind if you have the funding and want to travel with your dependants straight away.
It’s normally takes 2 weeks before your biometric card arrives that’s when you can start work. Before that time, we will help you set up your bank accounts.
Last process will be the handover to your employer which then you will have your induction, you will start as a pre reg Nurse once you have passed your OSCE that when you will get your pin and be a full nurse.
